“I don’t have a scope or idea yet, but can I still book with you?”

Although we go through a design strategy phase in the beginning stages of each project, we 100% recommend that you have the
details for the design(s) you are looking for before booking. This will make the project process flow and eliminates extra revisions.

Our founder has many years of experience providing corporate services worldwide and broadly throughout the United States.
At Pepper Knox Design Studio, however, we specialize in working with the following clientele:

Christian religious institutions

Women business owners

Small business owners

When will you start the design process?

Work on the project will commence on the date agreed upon by both parties. By paying the deposit, you will secure your spot and ensure both parties are available to collaborate during that time.

What is your typical turnaround and revision time?

The typical turnaround time is about 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays/observed. Typical revision time is an additional
3-4 business days. Packages are not included due to them having their own set turnaround time, which can be found in the description box of each service. Rush orders vary. Please reflect on your order to see what the guidelines are.

Can I provide any changes or updates to the project once the design process started?

Pepper Knox Design Studio stands by a “Do Not Disturb” policy during the design process of each project. The client must understand that the designer works best in a non-disturbance atmosphere. You will receive your first preview during the first phase of revisions.

I have reached my maximum amount of revisions. Can I ask for any additional revisions?

Revisions are minor changes to fonts, colors, and content placement. Concepts are the designs (samples/drafts) we create for
you to choose from. If you are unsatisfied with any of the concepts provided, you may purchase ONE additional revision for $45.

What is your payment process?

All payments must be made in full for all design projects to begin. You will be asked in the initial phase to pay 50% of the project cost before the discovery phase, and the remaining 50% after the revision phase before receiving the final files of your project. For all custom invoices, payments must be paid by the due date for the initial price to be honored. Once payment(s) has been cleared, the design process will begin.

Do you provide any refunds?

Once the design work is in full effect, Pepper Knox Design Studio does not provide any refunds for any design services under any
circumstance. Unfortunately, when a design project starts and design time has accumulated, refunds are no longer applicable.

What days are you open?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We are closed on Fridays, weekends, and federal holidays/observed.
If you contact us outside of business hours, we will get back to you by the next available business day.
